Woodard Industrial Park is located between Henry Clay Blvd and Morgan Road.

Clay Industrial Park is a new park located on Route 31 which is shovel ready for a chip fab. Bristol Myers Squibb almost built a new campus here which would have created over 500 new jobs. Instead they built a new campus in Boston.
